Who is Global Spray designed for?
Global Spray is aimed at building professionals, craftsmen, industrialists and private individuals looking for reliable surface treatment products.
What does your marketplace offer?
We offer professional paints, aerosols, technical treatments, spare parts, spraying equipment, as well as a maintenance and repair service.
Do you offer maintenance and repair services?

Do you sell spare parts?
Of course! We stock a wide range of original parts: nozzles, hoses, motors, filters, seals... and can order specific references on request.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally delivered within 48 to 72 working hours in France. Some specific parts may take longer.
Can I return a product?
Yes, individuals have 14 days to return an unused product. Professionals can make a request in the event of an order defect or error.
Can I change my order?
Once an order has been validated and is being processed, it is difficult to make changes. However, our customer service department will do its utmost to ensure that the requested changes can be made. Please contact us! If the order has been sent to logistics, it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled if it is still being processed and has not yet been packed, in which case please contact customer service. Once the order has been packed and is ready for shipment, it is more difficult to cancel. This is because all orders ready for dispatch are subject to a collection request to the carrier, and the logistical costs incurred mean that we can no longer accept a cancellation, or may generate charges that will be invoiced to you.
If an order is being delivered, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, you will be billed for shipping and return costs.
