ARTICLE 1: DELIVERY

1.1 Delivery areas :

We currently deliver :

  • In mainland France
  • Available soon in French overseas departments and territories andinternationally (please contact us for terms and conditions).

1.2 Delivery times :

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after validation.
Delivery times vary according to destination:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days
  • Remote areas or specialized delivery: up to 6 working days

NB: These delivery times are given as an indication only. No reimbursement will be made for delays beyond our control.

1.3 Delivery methods :

  • Standard delivery by carrier (Colissimo, Chronopost, Mazet, etc.)
  • Express delivery (please contact us)
  • Can be collected from a Mondial Relay point.

1.4 Delivery charges :

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of order, according to weight, volume and destination.

Free delivery on orders over 400 Euro excluding VAT

Free delivery on special occasions

ARTICLE 2: ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive :

  • A shipping confirmation email,
  • A tracking number enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

ARTICLE 3: RECEIPT AND INSPECTION OF GOODS

Avoid unpleasant surprises...

Think about preserving your recourse at the time of delivery. It's your right!

To help you make the most of your purchases, we need to make you aware of the correct way to receive your merchandise.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a parcel is damaged in transit. 

Upon receipt of your parcel, we invite you to :

  • Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Make sure that your order is correct, and that the items received are in good condition, including the packaging (top and bottom),
  • Make clear reservations if you notice a damaged parcel (e.g.: "cardboard box dented, product leaking"), in no case will there be any possible recourse, even if you refuse delivery, without very precise reservations describing both:
  1. The precise condition of the packaging (e.g.: broken carton)
  2. The exact name of the product. (e.g. Airless gun)
  3. Damage to equipment. (e.g.: deformed gun)
  4. The name and number of any missing items. (e.g.: received 1 parcel out of 3, nozzle missing...)
  • Refuse the parcel if the packaging is obviously defective.

No claim can be taken into account without reservation or refusal upon delivery.

ATTENTION

Comments such as "subject to unpacking", "damaged parcel", "opened or crushed parcel", "incomplete delivery", "1 parcel missing", "damaged product", "traces of impact" are not valid as reservations and cannot lead to the goods being accepted in the event of a problem. You must also mention the name of the contents, the condition of the goods and the condition of the packaging.

Our goods are sold packaged, ex our warehouses; it is therefore the recipient's responsibility, when receiving the goods, to make any usual reservations to the carrier in the event of damage, shortage or delay, then to confirm this to the carrier by registered letter within 24 hours, and to forward a copy of the letter to our logistics department logistique@globalspray.loca-web.cloud. All deliveries must be accepted in the presence of the delivery person, and the condition of the packaging must be checked before signing the delivery note. If there is no delivery note, refuse the goods and contact us.

Article L 138-4 of the Consumer Code, Created by LOI n°2014-344 of March 17, 2014 - art. 23:"All risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer at the time when the latter or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of these goods."

Don't forget that you are responsible for receiving the goods!

ARTICLE 4: RETURNS AND RETRACTION POLICY

4.1 Individual customers

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

  • Unused, unopened product in its original packaging
  • Return at your expense, except in case of error on our part

Refund within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product by our logistics department.

5.1 Professional customers

Unless otherwise agreed, sales to professionals are neither taken back nor exchanged, in accordance with B2B practice.

However, in the event of a defective product or order error, please contact our logistics department within 5 days for a file analysis.

ARTICLE 5: HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Contact our logistics department by email: logistique@globalspray.loca-web.cloud,
  2. Specify your order number and the reason for the return,
  3. Follow the instructions we'll send you,
  4. Pack returned products carefully,
  5. Ship to the address provided.

No returns will be accepted without prior request.

ARTICLE 6: DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR DELIVERY ERROR

Rest assured that our logistics department will do everything in its power to ensure flawless shipping.

However, in case of :

  • Product broken or damaged on receipt,
  • Product missing,
  • Reference or quantity error.

Contact us within 48 hours with photo(s) at logistique@globalspray.loca-web.cloud.

You will be offered a rapid solution (replacement, credit note, refund, etc.).
